About Us

Our Story

Skyward Microgreens began with a dream, rooted in nature, health, and the joy of good food. Inspired by our own journey to get closer to the food we consume, we planted our first seeds in the heart of the High Peaks region of the Adirondacks in 2024. We aspire to the ethos of the community we live in and the values we share: a love for clean, healthy living and the great taste of food as it should be.

We named our farm after our home, Skyward Loj—a place we built to be close to the land, the mountains, and the peace and well-being that outdoor living brings. From the beginning, our goal was simple: grow microgreens with integrity for people who care about what they eat and where it comes from. That means using only non-GMO seeds, no chemicals or pesticides, and following the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

As home chefs ourselves, we believe food should delight the senses. Our tiny greens—with big attitude—bring both flavor and beauty to the plate. Whether you’re a local chef, a regular visitor cooking in your weekend rental, or a neighbor who values health and freshness, we’re here to grow for you.
